This is the error I got when I tried flashing the bios.
Error 280: Failed to disable write protection for the BIOS space!

Is it possible to flash the bios with InsydeFlash utility? I have been messing around with it and it tells me that there is a ec size error.

It isn't possible to use InsydeFlash utility. You need CH341A programmer and SOP8 Test Clip. The entire set costs ~10 USD in China.
