Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source

Can anyone modifi the Lenovo T500 bios to full sata speed.
I have a Samsung 850 evo 256 GB ssd disk for my T500 but i dont think the T500 is running at full sata speed, sata2.
