Whether you can send me Bin files so I can program the chip with bios programmer?

Bios mod can be flashed using SPI-programmer+SOIC8 clip only

Back in 2015 I was helped with getting my bios whitelisted and a "user flashable" option was added in my bios menus. With all of the CPU vulnerabilities, etc this year, I'd like to get my bios updated. I still need the whitelist though. Can someone help me?
Can the latest bios be downloaded from Lenovo, modified, and flashed directly? (Is this what the "user flashable" option does?)
or...
Will I need to download the bios from Lenovo, flash it, extract it via the CH341A programmer, modify it, and flash it?
