Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source

Can someone unlock this BIOS:

HP Pavilion p6130y
AMI BIOS v5.22
HP Link: SP46426

I have tried everything with no luck. I mainly just need the advanced settings, but anything more would be appreciated. Thanks.
