help me please i need to update my ami bios with microcodes for the e5450 xeon cpu, mobo is old ipiel la3 ureka3 newest bios is hp48467.exe
how do i do this? i have the microcodes and a self extracting bios upgrade also the mmtool how do i get it out of the self ex and unlock it to add the new microcodes, i done the 771 mod and put the cpu in already it boots up to win but runs ever slower the longer it runs any help would be appreciated thanks max.
