Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source

My notebook is Sony VAIO SVS151190X,and the original BIOS file downloaded from SONY is named R0142C5.ROM.Now i want to put it into crysis mode,how do i rename it?

I use phoenixtool 2.66 open R0142C5.ROM,and it pop up a windows,it shows follows:

what's the true name?i use for BIOS recovery
