Hello Everyone, i really need to get rid of my latptop's whitelist in order to add an external mini pci-e gpu card card 

-Motherboard Manufacturer and Model : Hewlett-Packard Model 1962 (U3E1) 
-Bios Revision : F.66 Rev.A
-Bios Type : Insyde Software
-Bios Link : sp73289

PCI ID of the Wifi card it original came with and it's still using:

this laptop also supports 2 Mini PCI-E ports, one is free
