Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source - [REQUEST] Toshiba L50-C1957 NO RAM Speed Settings

I flashed 1.20 to 1.40 then my RAM speed was slowed from 1600Mhz to 1333Mhz

No setting in UEFI to change speed of RAM.

I don't need you to unclock it (I'm not geeky when it comes to computer, but if that's the only way then unlock the changing of RAM speed settings, but I prefer not to), if someone can modify the Bios 1.40 so when I flash it RAM Speed will be back to normal 1600Mhz.
