Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source

-Bios Revision : O0KKT15AUS ?
-Bios Type : AMI UEFI ?
-Bios SLIC : Lenovo 2.1

I looked on the forum for this and I did not find anything.
This system is a all-in-one made by Lenovo.
I did not see a SLP Marker Utility for this system.
Does this system need to be modded to work?
I'm setting up this system for a friend and I would like to put on an earlier OS.
