I have a Toshiba
Satellite L500-24v (PSLS6E) with i3-330M, and it is not support i5-540M or i7-640M. I can't power it on: the screen remains off, and the vent powers off after a sec. With 330M working well. I think it's a bios cpu support, or just a cpu whitelist problem.
The newest bios update (2.11) is attached to the post, but it's stil don't have i7-640M support.
Please help me!

Yes, but only with sSpec=
SLBPD.
