got it,im going to install windows 8.1 just in case because windows 7 use csm soo im not using the uefi settings with that right? or should i downgrade my bios version?
Setting: Boot mode, Variable: 0x79
Option: UEFI Boot, value 0x2
Option: CSM Boot, value 0x1 (default)
Just change CSM to UEFI.
Note. You can find interesting options by seek for mask, for example "UEFI"
I found 4 settings:
Chosing UEFI mode, choosing UEFI IPv4 or IPv6, choosing AHCI as legacy or UEFI, USB boot as legacy or UEFI.

Yes, when you changed boot mode current OS will not load. You need enable Secure Boot also for Win 8.1
Setting: Secure Boot, Variable 0x1F8
Option, Enabled ,value :0x1
Option, Disabled, value: 0x0 (default).

I look bios menus of many HP laptops and found no overclock options.
HP is worst vendor among Insyde modding. Hp hide most of options, add whitelist and no overclock options and RSA sign for new laptops.
Other vendors let to flash mode with some tricks. I looked Acer and lenovo bios menus, it are more powerful.
my laptop is toshiba :$ i always had a good time with amd laptops but not with this one XD the cpu dont even boost because turbo core is disable such a bad move from toshiba
i think vendor disabled turbocore. Each vendor produce laptop with individual injections. For example, in Acer 750 gtx gpu wiht gddr5 memory and in HP dd3 or gddr3...and perfomannce lost...
