In my laptop hp compaq 8510p BIOS ver. F.20. How do I install version F.15 with no whitelist , if HPQFlash an error and says that a more recent version of the notebook.
Please, help me.

Hello!Your bios is RSA signed and not moddable at this time. So you can flash F.15 using HW SPI programmer only!Save your private data as SN ,UUID, WLAN FCC ID and etc. You need this information after flashing.

Thanks for the answer. Why can be modified version F.15, but f.20 not moddable. 
HW SPI programmer for me is too hard
I suppose you found F.15 ver nonwhitelisted by TTAV134, right?He used inique method to compress back bios image into HPQFlash utulity.
You can try to flash this mod using Phoenix Crisis Disk in Recovery mod.
If you strongly need mod with removed whitelist, then bring F.15 mod to repair service.
