Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source

Hi i'm wondering if someone could help me with the bios ? I'm on a Toshiba laptop when I go to the bios I can't see options to overclock my cpu etc..
It would be nice if someone could help me for looking a modded bios ?
