Hello guys! 

im trying to access any cpu related settings just because my processor down clock to 1.4ghz while gaming is is always on 3.2ghz while idle

Probably processor down beceause CPU is too hot. I have the same problem. But in my laptop problem is because fan can't reach max speed. It is probably my bios. I try downgrade my P10AAL to any other version but I couldn't find correct file.
Tempomary I solve the problem by clean the fan but i know the problem come back soon.

my temps never go over 60C :/
