HM65 hasn't any memory controller, but CPU has one. So CPU sets the maximum of memory.
You can try with i7-2630QM with additional cooling, e.g. a laptop cooling pad.

Yes i already have a great cooling pad, the coolermaster notepal U3 Plus ,which you can move around wherever you want the fans.

I have a good thermal paste , like the arctic cooling silver 5, to do the extra job.

So, you think a set of :
i7 2630QM + 16GB Kingston KVR16S11K2/16

Will be a good upgrade ?

For SSD already i have the Samsung EVO Smile
It should be OK.

Great, soon i will do it i believe.

The only bottleneck of the computer is for sure it's Nvidia graphics card. Which is the 315M .Any suggestions about this ?

Look so far my laptop specs:

Your graphics chip (NVIDIA N12M-GE-S-B1) is soldered.

It's offtopic here. Try other forum.
I am new to this forum and 1st of all hi everyone. I got an old Toshiba laptop from my sister which was unusable (missing charger, no HDD and had a broken case, missing caps on keyboard, corrupt windows... - the c660 from the title) so I decided to play a little and give it as a present to our grandparents. Upgraded from 2 to 6gb ddr3 1333, bought used case in great shape, charger, repaired keyboard, SSD, fresh win10...BUT. I made a huge mistake...to the topic:

CPU was Pentium B940 2c/2t 2Ghz Sandy Bridge
Socket is rPGA988B (G2) which in theory supports Ivy Bridge CPUs so I ordered BLIND an i5 3320m. You guess...no boot. You can hear CPU fan but no post. Is it doable to get the 3320m to work on Toshiba's rPGA988B by modding BIOS? TDP is the same 35w, but its 22nm...or should I try and replace it with i5 2520m which is same gen as b940, also 35w and 32nm? Thanks in advance.
Post a screenshot of third (Mainboard) tab of CPU-Z.
Thank you for your quick response! I needed to reassemble some of the laptop to power it on, sorry for waiting
