Hello,
I have a HP Probook 450 G2 on which I'm trying to add 32GB m.2 ssd as a hdd cache using intel rapid storage / intel smart response. In order to activate hdd cache sata mode needs to be changed in bios from AHCI to RAID before caching option becomes available in Intel Rapid Storage Application. My problem is that the only option available in bios is AHCI (no IDE or RAID listed there).
It is possible to modify bios to make RAID option available in BIOS?

so RAID option is suppressed in bios.

Any hint on how to enable this option and how to flash back the modified bios will be very appreciated (I work in IT field but I have no experience with modifying bios.).

I also have attached an RWeverything acpi tables report for my system.

Thanks.
