would anyone know if an auto power on mod is possible for a nextbook 10.1 2in1 win8 tablet so that when the charger is connected it will autoboot? It has a insydeH20 Bios let me know any other details needed

I cannot find Setuputility module, so i cannot tell you about all available features in bios.

Is it netbbok?Vendors use limited chipset ans less perfomance CPUs for these machines.
I see you have all tabs in bios already.
As i said before, i cannot find SetupUtility module.
Netbook laptop usually have limited features so there are no needed power options, i think.
