Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source

What's the SPI Programmer recomended for my case. I got a Lenovo Z70-80 with the same rewrite protected and I found this MiniPRO USB Universal Programmer TL866CS.

I forgot to say that I have a Winbond 25Q64FVSIG chip in my motherboard, is enough your recomendations or is better the MiniPRO USB Universal Programmer TL866CS.

Bios mod can be flashed using SPI-programmer+SOIC8 clip only

Hello friends. Could anyone help me to unlock the hidden options in my BIOS? I want to know how to do it or if You can do it for me would be great.

I bought a special device SPI Programer for my Winbond W25Q64FVSIG BIOS into my Lenovo Z70-80 and I extracted the original file to modify it and I thinked change a value like I saw in a YouTube video for a Acer case because I thought between them have the same Insyde H20 Bios but now I can see do not the same option to do it.

Please I need a help to unlock hidden options in my BIOS. Could anyone help Me?

PD. I attached my original file BIOS bin.
