Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source

Hi,

Ref: Rampage II Extreme 1406 BIOS

Could someone kindly mod this bios for me? I need SLP 1.0 for use with Windows Vista / Server, but both SLP and SLIC would be the best.
Here is the info on my bios and motherboard:

Manufacturer: ASUS
Motherboard: Rampage II Extreme 1406 BIOS
BIOS revision: 1406 BIOS
