cpu have small overclock
OK. P5PE-VM has 865G revision A2.
Post screenshots of third (Mainboard) tab of CPU-Z with IPILP-AR.
I need to see the revision of your motherboard's chipset.
P.S. Adding new microcode into BIOS don't add support for new CPU.
Pentium E5200 doesn't start on your motherboard and can't load BIOS at all.

HOW THEY HAVE DONE WITH P5PE-VM?

THEY HAVE CHANGED THE BOOT CODE IN BIOS?
I think that the reason is supported VRM.

Please don't use CAPS.
You need magic pins mod for CPU start (maybe with errors).
But I think that it's impossible.
