Your Mb not supports 800Mhz so T9300'll not work.
Read carefully specs of your laptop
Intel® Core™2 Duo Processor T5850/T5550/T5450 : 2.16 GHz - 1.66 GHz, 667MHz, 2MB On-Die L2 Cache (only with WLAN agn);

I'm sorry, but you are wrong.

GL960 chipset supports FSB=800Mhz unofficially. And many laptops with it can use
T9300.
Your BIOS has microcode for CPUID=0x010676 already.
Try to remove CMOS battery for 10-15 minutes.
Try to boot without laptop battery.
Try to boot with one DIMM only.
Try to connect external display.
Post the screenshots third (
Mainboard) tab of
CPU-Z with native CPU.
Thanks for your replies!

And you can try my mod with newest version of microcode.
It was hard quest))
It needs full laptop disassemble to remove CMOS battery.
Here is the result. After these steps:
>Try to remove CMOS battery for 10-15 minutes.
>Try to boot withoutlaptop battery.
>Try to boot with one DIMM only.
>Try to connect external display.
Laptop started one time and i saw t9300 cpu on a bios screen.
I was happy). I shutdowned laptop and put second dimm card.
And it didnt start. I tried all memory combination with no effect.
I tried old t3200 cpu to get back - it works fine. I retried all steps, but t9300 didnt start never again.
I worked very carefully and tried all actions for several times. So it isnt assembly mistake.
Is any opinions/advises what is going on?
I didnt try you bios mod yet. Is there any chance that it can help?
Forgot to add, external display didnt show anything during all the way
Flash my mod with native CPU.
Disconnect laptop battery and power adapter.
Change CPU. Press and hold power button for 30-60 second.
Connect power adapter and try to boot.

So CMOS data has not been erased.
After successful boot you must load default values in BIOS.
Update: I've deleted my useless mod.
