i have dug throughout the forums and found only a slic 2.1 mod...i need AHCI enabled to benefit from the 750 Evo SSD installed
if any other settings could be unlocked, like everything else..that would be helpful as well

If you can help us with AHCI option in bios it will be a miracle for my laptop. I have a sshd and I even bought a SSD but can't switch to sata ahci. (didn't check my Bios before buying ssd - my bad)
Is it possible ?

Unfortunately, I was not able to find AHCI support within your BIOS image. Your BIOS image seems to be very barren in terms of normal unlockable settings.

Motherboard seems to be capable for AHCI ( Intel® ICH7-M Family Serial ATA Storage Controller - 27C4 -

but maybe on the too early times of ahci. And Toshiba it is to be recognized for the minimalist / no options Bios.
