Error 285: Fail to load driver (PCI access for Windows).
Tool needs to run with an administrator priviledge account.
it seems you use Win10, this tool not works under win10 shell.
You should use Win7 Live DVD to run testing tool.

was hard install Windows 7 and roll back later

Bios chip is rewrite protected!
Mod can be flash using SPI PGM+pomona soic8 clip!
You must find hardware which support this chip
