please please please could somone help exstract hdr or bin files from bios have googled it tried almost all of the ways just cant seem to be able to do it thanks below is link to bios file

it can only extracted by cmd . or by linux , because it is compressed by visual studio 12

Can you please share how you were able to extract the "Visual Studio 12" compressed file?  I've looked at many resource hackers to see if I can find the embedded ROM file with no success.   Share the method so we might all learn please?
