ES CPU aren't required any microcode to boot up. Only the special executable code in BIOS is needed.
Use external graphics card.
I've found BIOS version R 2.0 (X9DR3P3_111.zip)
1. Flash it
2. Turn off and disconnect power cable.
3. Remove CMOS-battery
4. Install new CPU
5. Set BMC jumper to Disabled
6. Set VGA jumper to Disabled
7. Connect power cable, power up & shutdown.
8. Disconnect power cable
9. Set VGA jumper to Enabled
10. Install CMOS-battery.
11. Connect power cable & power up
Supermicro MB page says that for E5-2600 v2 series Bios revision of 3.0 or above is required (https://www.supermicro.com/products/moth...-LN4F_.cfm).

Is it okay to flash R2.0 anyway for running V2 ES CPU ? Or should I try the above procedure with any other previously given Bios Revisions greater than or equal to R 3.0 ?

I've looked inside BIOS R 2.0, so it's first released BIOS for this motherboard with Ivy Bridge EP core support
Followed your post copybook style but still could not bring this up.
Same behavior, No beeps (with E5 v1 series it gives beep on start of boot), no display, no boot.

What should we do now?
Last chance is using a simple external graphics card.
Install it in last(!) PCI-E slot (#6) and set VGA jumper to Disabled
I did the above using the PCIe external graphics card since you suggested in last to last post. I will try as you said to install it in last CPU slot with VGA Jumper disabled.
Interestingly I found this on internet (ebay) for the said CPU in question :

Done everything (Instead of slot 6 which is for CPU2, I inserted it in slot 3 which is last PCIe for CPU1) and still no luck.
Also tried with R3.0 again but without success.
It is strange that if I looks via IPMI Sensor Readings, it gives clear indication to voltage 0.976 Volts along with its threshholds (min/max volts).

Isn't this means that the Board is able to recognize CPU and read its voltage parameters? At the same time temp sensors says CPU 1 "Not present" in the system (which means it cannot read temp of the CPU).
I observed that the CPU heat sync gets hot on touching after some time which indicate: I don't know what. But at the same time no Beeps, no Display and no Boot.

Tried all these versions now : 2.0, 3.0, 3.0a, 3.0b, 3.2 without success. I have version 1.1a as well.

Any other suggestions? anyone? for the processor detailed here : http://i.ebayimg.com/images/g/xt4AAOSwfY...s-l500.jpg

Thanks in Advance!
I just removed all RAM from system and still no beeps, no display, no post. I expected at least beeps for no RAM? which could mean that it stops even before reaching the state to test RAM etc.
