Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source

I have an Asus pre-build machine and in the BIOS says it's version is "K30AD_M31AD_M51AD_M32AD" instead of "H81M-E"
Is there any way to flash the original BIOS over this "locked" one I have?
I heard replacing the BIOS chip can fix this issue. Will this work http://www.ebay.com/itm/BIOS-CHIP-ASUS-H...rmvSB=true ?

i have an actual bios chip already programmed also has ozmosis drivers to boot and install any MAC OS X and windows has been put into board ran tested before the person who shall remain nameless wasnt looking at what he was doing released the retaining clip it sprung up causing cpu to try to do the high jump slammed back down bent pins hence i have bios chip lol
