vassko, yes
Thank you DeathBringer!
Confirmed on XEON E5420 Smile ! Respect to DeathBringer!
Thanks DeathBringer! My xeon E5450 is now working on my ms-7525 (HP Boston), but is not recognizing all four cores, and windows still shows the old processor e7500 but on CPUZ is correct. Do you know how I can solve this issue?
And I saw that the L2 cache is showing only half 6mb and trying to solve on msconfig I can only select 2 cores.
Sorry flooding the topic but I found a solution on overclock.net forum posted by TerminalVoltage user.

I follow these steps and the windows now is showing the right cpu, all 4 cores and 2x 6mb L2 cache!!!

Thank you very much DeathBringer for the bios mod and the support!

This is the Post in overclock.net forum:

Tip to all: if you don't see all your cores in task manager you can try this:
1. Go to device manager, you should see all your cores under "processors"
2. Uninstall all CPU's
3. Reboot
4. Check task manager or favorite program to see if all cores are present.
5. If cores aren't present, go to device manager, " scan for hardware changes" and install if needed.
