I had this board but with and intel pentium dual core. Decided to buy an xeon but found out it wont work. With the help of DeathBringer the board accepted the CPU. DeathBringer Moded the bios and the bios file can be found here:
To flash the BIOS u need a USB driver, Download Rufus and create dos boot disk. Extract the bios from rar (with winrar or any other archiver) copy the bios file in the root of usb and rename it Bios.bin, than down here is the other software named awd899.exe its zlso archived but you have to extract it and copy the awd899.exe in the root of the usb. Boot your pc and press esc to select the boot order, choose to boot from usb drive. U will get the C:.
Enter:
awd899 bios.bin
Everything else from here on is clear, u just follow the steps and its done

mod working just fine. Now I have four cores Xeon X5450 working with FSB1333 on MS7525 v1.0
BIOS version was 5.11 before upgrade. This one is 5.35
Was used programmer for flashing BIOS instead of award tools.
