Update to the latest7971v1F official bios, reboot, then use thil tools :
https://www.sendspace.com/file/hjxmg5
unpack and run MSI_A9.exe as Administrator (right mouse click --> as Administrator).
Reboot, enter into the BIOS, load Optimal Defaults, Save&Exit, boot to Windows and check SLIC.
Post results.
