Hi. 
I have an AcerExtensa 5635ZG, and I was planing to upgrade my CPU, but the bios options are not available.
My bios version is 3311 (in attach).

Can anyone help, please?

Almost all dual core CPU for Socket P are supported by these chipset & BIOS.
Maximum is T9900 or X9100.

T9900 and X9100 are 1066MHz processors, will they work on this board?

Do you know if I can put in a quad core like Core 2 Extreme QX9300 even if it is a 45W TDP?
GM45 supports FSB=1066Mhz
CPU with quad cores isn't supported by your motherboard (Quanta ZR6).
But you can try the motherboard's mod for quad core CPU supporting:
