No, the board is running lubuntu, but i can install windows ( i have usb stick ready )

Bad news.
Your motherboard is based on Intel 3210 chipset. This chipset doesn't support Xeon 5300 & 5400 series. But you can try to use quad cores Xeon 3200 or 3300 series.

Alright, can you reccomend me any  chipsets that will work with this E5410?
