No, the board is running lubuntu, but i can install windows ( i have usb stick ready Tongue)
I still need requested a hour ago screenshots of first (CPU) & third (Mainboard) tabs of CPU-Z with E6850.

Bad news.
Your motherboard is based on Intel 3210 chipset. This chipset doesn't support Xeon 5300 & 5400 series. But you can try to use quad cores Xeon 3200 or 3300 series.

Alright, can you reccomend me any  chipsets that will work with this E5410?
Asus P5KC with intel P35 chipset
i found an Compaq with G33/31 Chipset, is it compatible?
