Hey guys.

I've got this heavily modded Z420 workstation.

However the UEFI i crippled like [censored].

I've got two problems with that thing:

it brags about usb3 front header not being connected (connected the front header to another usb3 card but attached a PCI panel for the onboard usb3 header.

CPU fan speeds are way to high (it's watercooled)

if someone is able to remove the "press f1 to continue" warning after POST i would be more than thankful!

lowering the PWM values for the fans would be a nice-to-have Tongue

UEFI is attached.

Big thanks in advance!
Make a photo of the screen with error "press f1 to continue".
sure thing Smile

If needed i can provide a 'tour' through the uefi. poorly there is no switch to turn of these warnings.
Sorry, no ideas.
Thanks anyways for having a look Smile

Looking at the UEFI using HexEdit. However i never did Bios modding on my own. Just patched UEFI Gop to a few vBIOS Tongue

someone told me that UEFI needs correct checksum for flashing ?
Use UEFITool to edit this BIOS.
thanks for UEFITool!

i guess i am looking for that two sections :

but how to edit those XD. I hate being a n00b at new stuff Tongue
1. Open
2. Right click ->Extract body
3. Edit "body" by HexEdit
4. Right click ->Replace body
5. Save
thanks a lot! time to brick that thing then Tongue

or not... i have no idea what to do. all looks like gibberish to me. darn.

I attached the two extracted bodies, maybe someone can tell me something about it.
