Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source

Brand *new* efi model, purchased from best buy. Seems to be a different beast then the older Insyde ones.

Facts:

• EFI
  
• InsydeH2O flashing utility contains *three* .bin BIOS files
  
• The machine will flash the bios file depending on the contents of a memory offset. (this is within the platform.ini file)
  
• The first three digits of the bios file match the "platform model / system board ID" from the bios information screen.
  
• PhoenixTool seems to work 100%
  
• USB Recovery location: HEWLETT-PACKARD/BIOS/CURRENT/03564.BIN
  
• module in DUMP that contains the whitelist: CD28DACA-BDBE-481A-90AC-625C79CF234C_2_786.ROM
  
• 03564F43.bin should be the bios for this model within the HP bios .exe
  

http://pub.haikufire.com/sp55442.exe is the latest BIOS from the HP website for this system.

I'm working through the recovery process now.

Then i think no way, it will brick always.

Hmm. I noticed in the recovery images, each bios .BIN is paired with a .SIG.

Any thoughts on how to generate the .SIG?

You need one private key from HP to do that

im wondering if this is the same bios as the pavilion g7 1173dx. my bios is insyde f.33 currently. anything you guys can do?

I hope you guys can help me!
I have successfully downgraded my Bios from Insyde F.6a (SP62234) to F.43 (SP55442) on my HP Pavilion G7-1205sd (AMD)
I did this because I wanted the wlan whitelist to be removed.
So I downloaded the sp55442_NWL_UlkMenus_ByCamiloml.exe from the "on site repository" and just run the file after the successful downgrade.

BUT the laptop is now turned into a brick
What can I do to solve this problem???

I tried the "Windows Logo + B" but nothing happens.

I am very desperate at this moment!
