its from a HP P6754sc desktop
motherboard made by foxconn i believe
i need to access cool n quiet feature but i cant, not even when entering advanced bios with ctrl + f10

Dump BIOS by universal BIOS backup tool (it will freeze, you can't move it, just wait until it's done)

Here i let you more information about the mainboard and bios = Model : 2aa9 , Chipset : AMD 780G and AMD SB700 , The bios is American Megatrends , version 6.10 (09/07/2010), The mainboard was made by foxconn but is from an HP P6600es .
That is a BIOS backup tool. No, it's not dangerous, please run it and give me the file it creates.
Hello i have tryed to do it , first from your link and later from other web , but in both cases it says the document or file has a malware and couldnt run it ..
File is safe from the link I gave you, this is false positive, either ignore in your virus program or disable it while you make the backup.
Or here, I upload for you directly, maybe something bad on the sites as it downloads?
If you downloaded OK previously, but only get the error when running the exe it will be same with this download, just ignore or disable as mentioned
