Hi, this is have CHIPSET unlock, the advance menu you can unlock yourself with amibcp.

UPDATE: I ended up getting it working by using AMIBCP and enabling all of the settings I want. I used
http://voltground.com/haven/threads/102/. By the way, the warning at the top is from me, this happened to me, and I had to reprogram my bios manually because of this error. Hopefully this doesn't happen to others.
2018 Edit: Ah darn, voltground died. If you need help figuring it out, email me at dev @ ajay.app. It's pretty simple with any AMI bios without write lock.
