Yes, make a copy of OLD.ROM (created by afudos) with name NEW.ROM
We have prepared BIOS 3202 and my Sys run actually at 3107 is that a Problem before i do the next Step with afudos?
3107 & 3202 use the same microcode
I Continue with step 4

Then reboot , no Post Code error on Mainboard
But Windows 10 stop here

It means that microcode is disabled. Try to boot in safe mode.
You can restore backup BIOS
afudos OLD.ROM /gan
So restored to OLD.ROM and Win10 run normally.
Edit. I overread the try with Safe Mode
I'll test it in the afternoon because i'm @ work now
What is if the Safe Mode works with NEW.ROM?

Safe Mode NEW.ROM

Post a screenshot of regedit with expanded key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\HARDWARE\DESCRIPTION\System\CentralProcessor\0
Go to \Windows\System32 and find mcupdate_GenuineIntel.dll
Rename it to *.old (You must change security rights for this operation)
Try to reboot in normal mode.
Microcode in BIOS is disabled, but Windows loads microcode version 0x36.
Make new screenshot after mcupdate_GenuineIntel.dll renaming.
