Hello, thanks for help, i cannot post images with mobo, because this laptop is 100% closed, hard to come inside, just had opened a pair of months ago for do a cleaning, and my next open is if i buy a cpu + ram, if i buy cpu alone for sure i will open it.

Btw in my aida 64 (everest is the old aida64) the resume says my northbridge is a GM45

https://support.hp.com/es-es/document/c02785135

In this page the max CPU which is coming is the t9600.

My actual CPU for 4510s is T5870 2.0 GHz. Ram is 4 Gb DDR2.

Seems like it´s socket P.

There are the CPU-z images. Which is the best Cpu i can take? Regards every help is appreciated
T9400, T9550, T9600, T9800, T9900, X9100 are recommended for this laptop.

X9100 44W TDP

The rest are 35W TDP

In my other laptop the one that i have to cuth the bottom for make some cooling mod, when i changed from 35W TDP to 45W TDP the mosfets was getting too hot...

If i want to OC a bit the x9100 with my BIOS with Throttlestop is ok? Btw im in windows 10 64 bits
X9100 has TDP=44W in overclocked state only. It has TDP=35W for normal state.

I think you can.
Ok let´s wait for the cpu. When it´s here i leave a message here. Thanks DeathBringer.
If I understood well the best processor to put is the x9100?
Is it compatible ?
If we get the microcodes from the bios of another PC that has the Core 2 Extreme QX9300 and add them with MMTOOL to the bios of the 4510s, can it work?
Or we won't be able to put it in because it won't fit on the motherboard?
Because I found the microcodes: https://github.com/platomav/CPUMicrocode...BF808E.bin
