Please help

-Motherboard Manufacturer and Model : Gigabyte EX58-UD4 rev 1.0
-Bios Revision : F11T
-Bios Type : Award
-Bios Link : http://download.gigabyte.us/FileList/BIO...4_f11t.exe

1. Basically I want to use the Windows 7 serial that came with my HP Elitebook on the desktop. The HP laptop is now running Windows Enterprise that's provided by work.
2. If you can also provide a separate download with updated SLIC and updated Intel SATA/LAN ROM, it would be most appreciated.
