Rufus to make bootable USB stick with native DOS.
Download
checkup.zip and extract files to this USB stick.
Boot from this USB stick.
Make and post the photo of result.
Did you boot it twice and this photo from second booting?

I don't know why CHECKUP7 think that your BIOS already has microcode.
