If it work fine ,it prove my hypothesis.
It need recalculate checksum ,but i still can't understand it at all.
As only change location didn't need to calcaulate checksum in theory.

On this case.
Although Uefitool can extract module ,but it seem can't replace it again.
We only can use Phoenixtool to edit it.
Extract module by phoenixTool ,splash logo is on PADDING_12.ROM.
You can try to edit it by HEX editor.
