Hello, I have an AsRock G31M-VS and cannot succesfully flash it with q8500 microcodes, maybe I'm doing something wrong because after everything it gives the "This CPU cannot be supported" and shuts down after a countdown. Is it possible using a Quadcore on this board? It does recognize the processor in the BIOS config though, it just won't boot. Bios:

Post a screenshot of third (Mainboard) tab of CPU-Z with supported CPU.
Show a photo of screen with error "This CPU cannot be supported".
I have the same problem but with the q6600 cpu on the same mobo here is the error message

I flashed the bios file that you provided, and it seemed to me that this bypassed the cpu error but unfortunately
no and the cpu error still appears.
