Greetings,
My laptop is not Branded by MSI. I took it to service the guy there physically removed the BIOS chip and installed the latest Bios from MSI site with a machine. All is well but i get the messeg everywere "Please chanage the product name". On all MSI Utillties and even in BIOS.
MSI HelpDesk shows that the laptop SerialNumber is: FFFFFFF. This is not good.
I can t even update EC Firmware is says "Product ID is incorrect"
Attached you will find some info.
How to fix this? I have a backup of the original BIOS that is not MSI's. Do I have the missing info there?
