Ok its at 1333.3 fsb. And I put the memory to 1066 and it would start but the temps were to hot, so its back to 800

Question, is the fsb multiplied by 9 ? so 199.99x9=1.799 is this correct ?
FSB=800 on your screenshot, not 1333.

Would heat stop the proc from going 1333fsb. And the computer will not restart after changes, I have to shut down then restart.

Oh shoot I see I have it linked, no wonder.
You should set Memory Ratio to get 800 Mhz for memory.
Find the manual for overclocking!
