Ok, I put the XEON E5440 it did boot to dos. So what can I do now ??  Thanks for the time.

OK. Boot in DOS with E5440.
Run the modded version of CHECKUP7 and make a photo of the screen with results.
Not sure what I am doing wrong but, it says I need a 64 bit program ? Even if I add the 64 to command.
It can't be run from Windows!
Make DOS USB-stick (e.g, by Rufus) and unzip all files to it.
Boot from it and

OK. Question, can I switch this E5440 to X5460 now that the codes are good ? Thanks 8)
Microcode for all 45-nm Xeons (LGA771) stepping E0 was loaded successfully.
But for stepping C0 you should run CHECKUP7 again with new CPU installed.
Injecting microcodes for all steppings is impossible by this method.
BTW: Make new screenshot of CPU-Z (main tab).
