Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source

i have a Toshiba Satellite L350D-12R PSLE0E with Bios 1.70  and I want to use an AMD Turion Ultra X2 ZM-80 http://www.cpu-world.com/CPUs/K8/AMD-Tur...M23GG.html or an AMD Turion X2 RM-70 http://www.cpu-world.com/CPUs/K8/AMD-Tur...M22GK.html

Can someone pls insert the Microcodes in the Bios? I know, that the Notebook can support S1g2 CPUs. Some Versions of the L350D want sell with a QL-60 S1g2 http://www.cpu-world.com/CPUs/K8/AMD-Ath...M22GG.html
