Second Edit: Further investigation reveals some types of the IdeaCentre 710, ThinkCentre M700, M800 and M900 use the same firmware updates.

In addition, the following are available if they are needed: a backup was created with AFUWin, AMIDEWin-Aptio-5.16 data was exported, RWEverything report, Universal BIOS Backup Toolkit export (twice the size it should be, may be user error),  MMTools v4/5 *.rpt files, Intel FPT data (soon), system firmware images for nearly any version are available online by switching the download link and anything else that might be useful.

It appears there are other options not attempted that may produce results.  Some give the impression it is unlikely or dangerous.  Others a better understanding is needed.  They include:

"FPT doesn't work when the SPI flash lock is enabled?  -  Sometimes the lock will be removed after restoration from sleep/hibernate mode."
"Also there may be a hidden BIOS write-protection option in BIOS settings, which can be changed by grub shell setup_var command."
"create then modify the backup from afu" [Does not alter the outcome]

How to flash the BIOS mod Asrock motherboard with BIOS Aptio 5.
1) Flash the original version of the BIOS.
2) FPT Utility to make a backup of the Region BIOS.
- example:

Code:
fpt -d bios.bin -bios
2) Modified file "bios bin", for example in UBU or UEFITool, and save the changes as a "mod_bios.bin".
3) Now, using the FPT, to flash the modified file.
- example:

Code:
fpt -f mod_bios.bin -bios
4) Reboot and Reset.
Added:
Why do we have to work with a backup?
If you flash the original version of the BIOS, you can lose the unique data such as MAC, S/N and etc.

"replace lan PXE boot rom and set 1st in boot order?"
EFIFlash or something similar?
