Thank you 34kon, however when I click to flash, it gives the following error code message: "18 - Error:Secure Flash Rom Verify fail."
Is it write protected? How to proceed? Thanks!

After facing the issue of trying to flash the custom bios. Iv'e found using the intel tool FPT (command: fptw64 -f bios.rom -bios)  works to bypass the previous error I was getting with Afuwin.

The flash installs and verification success with 100% complete.

 I reset the current of the laptop and turn it on. Takes about 4 seconds of black screen then upon visiting the bios screen, it shows all default settings and no custom bios options available.

Researched a bit and my bios isn't write protected as security settings show: 
Signed BIOS update    ENABLED
Public Key store           Sha256
Signature algorithm     PKCS#1v1.5/PSS
BiIOS flash method      Runtime, Capsule, Recovery
Flash write-protection  Disabled

Help is appreciated!

Hi nouriassafi. In the end, I was unable to bypass the bios fail-safe. It seems in this model of MSI laptop, the bios backup recovery is either automatically called on or EC is interfering the process. Upon any altering of the bios, it is forced to all default settings. What I did was use AMIBCP tool and edit what I wanted changed in the hidden bios tabs and reflash.
