Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source

Can you please help me:
I need to unlock the Bios to get to the advanced settings and most of all to the fan control. As I'm a beginner a guide would be awesome!

Laptop: Acer Swift 3 (SF314-51-36R6)

Your bios chip is rewrite protected
Bios mod can be flashed using SPI-programmer+SOIC8 clip only

So I cannot do anything
