Hello,

I need software modification for CPU fan in my laptop to start earlier at lower temperatures, I don't know if main BIOS control it or is it separate IC for this but if it's BIOS I would be very grateful for a mod like this.

Or at least modify it to turn the laptop off when it hits higher temps.

I need it so my new fan that was designed for other laptop runs as it should, it now turn on at ~70+c.. and new fans for this certain models are not available anywhere in stock.

I know there are hardware methods to do this but I always liked the software way if it was possible, I'm currently looking at the disassembled code of this BIOSĀ and trying to find something that would look like fan control / fan control IC communications but nothing.

BIOS can be found here: (official Aristo repository)

PS. There is no fan control in the BIOS by default, even whitelisted or any CPU throttling control.
