Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source

Hi,

I bricked my Lenovo E145 and now i want to flash it with my SPI stuff.
I opened the FL1 File in UEFI Tool but i have no idea where to find the bios file exactly.

https://download.lenovo.com/pccbbs/mobiles/hsuj64ww.exe

Maybe somebody can extract the file or give me a short explanation.

You can try to cut FL1 file address 1e8 to 4001e7(488~4194791) ,dump to a bios file.
